She is passionate about developing businesses and employees alike and works closely with clients, building excellent working relationships and providing solutions in all areas of employee development, engagement and retention, leadership skills and management development.
Brenda is also a practising Career Coach and works with clients in the area of career planning/transitioning. She delivers her service with a keen interest and compliments her workplace assessment with powerful 1-1 coaching sessions which leave clients focused, happy and ready for making choices.
Chris is a much sought after trainer and speaker in Ireland and Europe,
His approach to Training reflects his considerable experience working with a huge range of public and private sector clients. He is passionate about training and developing businesses through their people.
His real life experiences coupled with his thorough knowledge of the subject matter ensures all learners will gain an abundance of skills that will transfer to the workplace.
