Chris Mc Donagh

Owner, CEO Group

Chris’s motivation, passion, leadership, energy and enthusiasm are what makes CMD Group such a success. As Managing Director of the CMD Group Chris is a highly motivated and inspirational trainer who is in high demand throughout Ireland and the UK.

Chris specialises in training first class trainers, delivering management training, softskills training, employment law and business advancement. As a result of his own success, Chris has extensive knowledge and expertise in the business area and brings this expertise to the fore in his Tenders Assist company.

Throughout his career Chris has built up a wealth of experience in helping small to large size companies with their strategic planning and growth. His success comes from the dedication, commitment and personal touch which he brings to all projects.

Brenda Crowley

CEO, CMD Training Institute

As CEO for CMD Training Institute, Brenda is a leading Trainer, Coach and Psychometric Profiling Practitioner with over 18 years experience working in a variety of business sectors such as hospitality, service, software and healthcare she has a huge personal interest in the development of people and businesses.

Her professional experience to-date equips her with the vital and necessary skills to oversee and manage all training programmes which are rolled out by CMD Training Institute and to ensure they are delivered to the highest standards of quality and cost efficiency.

Brenda's natural approach to customer service and people development enables her to strengthen the already successful reputation of CMD Training Institute.
 

 

Ethna Gallagher

Certification & Quality Assurance Manager

Ethna has a Business and Computing background. She is an experienced trainer and has delivered various courses with CMD including Equalskills, ECDL, Manual Handling and MOS.

Ethna is the contact person for all our awarding bodies within CMD. She is responsible for Quality Assurance and Certification within CMD Training Institute (FETAC, City and Guilds, ICS, Microsoft, ILM).

 

Olivia Moran

Training Specialist & Web Administrator

Olivia has a business and information systems management background having obtained a Masters in Computing and Information Systems Management. Olivia has been honoured with numerous awards including the 8 Over 8 award from the University of Ulster and the Sligo IT Governing Body Award in 2004, 2005 and 2006 as recognition of her academic excellence.

Olivia is an expert in the field of course development for online delivery and is in charge of online business promotion for CMD and is the CMD web site administrator. In addition to this Olivia is an experienced trainer who delivers courses such as web design, ECDL and MOS.

Claudine Teape

Training Specialist & E-Learning Co-Ordinator

Claudine has a background in retail management, service quality and customer service. She holds a degree in Business (Hons) and is currently completing her Masters in Marketing. 

She has experience as a trainer in adult learning and online learning having worked extensively on the E Learning At The Library initiative set up by FAS and local county libraries.

Claudine has a particular interest in marketing and service quality. She is currently carrying out extensive academic research in the field of internal customer service and how it mirrors external customer service.
