We at CMD Group, recognised the need for a programme to develop and empower Women in Leadership. To that end, we have formulated a programme specific for Women in Leadership roles - "Leading from Within". We invite you to take this incredible opportunity to develop and empower your knowledge and skills as Leaders. This is a programme that I fully believe in, and one that consistently receives extremely positive feedback. This programme has the power to enhance your approach to Leadership. This programme can be delivered to women within your company as a corporate training event or you can join as an individual in one of our scheduled programmes.

A programme specifically developed to empower women in business, who are leading a team and strive to progress in a Leadership role.


Now more than ever, the time is right for women leaders to come to the fore and make themselves shine. This programme holds a mirror to your traits and behaviour patterns that impact on successful Leadership. You will receive deep insight in to your personal traits & behaviours and this data will be be explored through 1-1 executive coaching sessions. Learning, networking & development will be supported with three training workshops . This allows you to recognise, adapt, develop and capitalise your unique self to empower you as a successful leader. Only when we truly know ourselves can we excel and lead others successfully.

Coaching Sessions

Your coach will take you through a debrief and feedback session based on your Professional Profile. These coaching sessions will form the foundation to the changes you will make because of this programme and will also be integrated with the training sessions.

Workshop 1

Reflection on your reports and key takeaways. Explore what leadership is really about. Look at the challenges faced by all leaders. Delve into the executive presence in today’s working environment. Review & explore Paradox analysis and Leadership styles.

Workshop 2

We take a in-depth look at motivation through Engagement and Involvement, what your team needs to be engaged and that engagement is a shared responsibility. Are you driving accountability, creating and driving a vision? Review key information in reports for further exploration.

Workshop 3

Emotional Intelligence Overview Report Introduction to and exploration of the four quadrants of Emotional Intelligence and the importance of EI in today’s working environment, now more than ever. Discussion on EI overview reports and understanding its role in your leadership style.

The workplace preferences questionnaire will be completed by 7th of May 2024
Coaching Session 1 - You will be allocated an online 1-1 coaching appointment between 14th and 15th of May. Coaching sessions will be via Zoom.
The online training/workshop will consist of three 2-hour sessions scheduled for 21st, 22nd, & 23rd of September. Times: 10.00am - 12.00pm.
Coaching Session 2 - You will be allocated the final online 1-1 coaching appointment between 28th and 29th of September. Coaching sessions will be via Zoom.

Brenda Crowley, Managing Partner with CMD Training Institute is a qualified Executive Coach, Trainer and Business Consultant.

With 25+ years of experience in people and business development, she has worked with professionals, at all levels, in various sectors.

Brenda has as strong desire to help individuals and businesses develop and drives this passion forward through building lasting partnerships with her clients.

Brenda works with senior managers/executives, leaders and business owners helping them to understand and identify their key behaviours and possible blocks to success. 

This powerful combination of experience, training and knowledge results in a refreshing new perspective in Leadership Development.
